Dear Scott,
I am writing this letter to you and the entire staff of The International Kennel Club to say thank you for the best puppy and most outstanding service I've ever received in dealing with and purchasing a pet (and I've had a lot of pets in my lifetime). The time you spent (weeks) on the Internet answering all of my e-mails and taking phone calls to address all of my concerns was very impressive. Your patience, honesty, and willingness to help were very much appreciated. When I finally made the decision to come to International Kennel Club, I couldn't believe how pleasantly surprised I was with what I found.Your kennel was impeccably clean with no odor and all the animals seemed to be as happy as can be and well cared for. I was even more pleased when I saw that I had such a great selection of Puggles to choose from. The time that I was allowed to spend with each and every puppy was unbelievable! I received no pressure to make a purchase, and I was given each pup's history, and plenty of time and guidance in choosing the "right one" for my family. Though the choice was a difficult one, Little Miss Chloe Bella was welcomed home that same day.
After being told about your excellent guarantee and receiving advice on taking care of her, she was presented to me in such an adorable, beautiful, caring, and loving way from your staff. Unbelievable! As you requested, I brought her to my vet for a check up two days later. I cannot tell you how impressed the vet and I were when he found that she had no worms or parasites. He said it is just about unheard of that a puppy comes in without either problem and also stated how clean and well kept your kennel must be kept. This made me even happier to know that there wasn't going to be an additional expense. Congratulations to all of you! Needless to say, I am just thrilled with the service and quality your kennel has to offer. I would highly recommend anyone who is hesitant about purchasing a pet through a kennel to let their guard down. They are in good hands with the International Kennel Club. Again, I congratulate and commend you and the entire staff on such a great experience. Keep doing the great job that you are! It has been an absolute pleasure, and I thank you whole heartedly.
Sincerely, Kathy Cambriello

Dear Stitch and Mitch,
Some people have a way of coming in with kindness and leaving smiles behind.
You have truly brought a joy to our lives. Your generosity and kindness goes beyond words and the thoughtfulness that you have shone to us can never truly be repaid. You went above and beyond to help fulfill a dream of a child. You brought her happiness when she felt that she had nothing left. I truly don't have the words to say to you that could repay you for the kindness that you have shown. Thank you again for the constant smiles that we now see. You will forever be in our hearts and prayers.
Sincerely, Rachael Eisenberg

Hi "Uncle Stitch",
Gene is definitely at home now. We all love him to pieces. He is funny, energetic, sometimes "feels his oats" and, unfortunately, doesn't know how to tell time yet. He seems to have his nights mixed us with his days - hahahaaaa! He likes to "LOUDLY ANNOUNCE" when he has to "MAKE" (just like every man, right?) He eats very well now, too. And, I am very pleased to say that he never came down with a case of kennel cough. I can't believe that you found the perfect family member for us!!!!!! He was worth the wait! Thanks for emailing me. I think of you a lot and how you helped us grow our family. We will always be grateful for that.
Have a great night,
Kim

Hi,
My name is John. I just wanted to update you on two of our puggles that we purchased from you on Nov. 3, 2007. Veronica Martinez helped us find the right additions to our home since the passing of my last dog. It is a very devasting thing to lose a pet especially after spending every waking moment with them for the last 5yrs. Since the arrival of our two new puggles (Maya & Layla) my family has experienced nothing but joy. Spending the holiday's with my "girls" was the most fun I have had in a long time. I love them so much, and they love me judging by the thousands of kisses I get on a daily basis. I just wanted to thank IKC and Veronica for helping to complete my family. I've enclosed some photos of the "girls" ENJOY!!

Hi Dave,My name is Cristina. I purchased a yellow labrador and took him to Italy with me. I just wanted to let you know that the puppy and I made it to Italy with no problems... The puppy enjoyed champagne in first class to Rome. 'Lucky First Class Formisano' is home now in Ischia. after 14 hours of planes , cars and ferri boats he is in luxury. I just wanted to let Dave know. I did all that was required to bring the puppy to Italy. We even got the USDA signature. and upon landing in Rome, no one asked for documents for Lucky. We hope you have a wonderful 2008.
Ciao Ciao Cristina & Lucky

 Hi Veronica
We cannot thank you enough because we have our biggest love in the world and she never would of been in our lives if we had not stopped by your store that October morning. We purchased Penny, the Boxer on October 7, 2007 she was 8 weeks at the time...she was the sweetest thing that instead of playing with us, she snored in our laps. It's been a while but wanted to share some photos of her and how proud we are of our little girl. P.S. I know you see a lot of puppies, to help you remember, if it helps, we picked up penny a few days after the 7th and that evening is was pouring in LI that all the roads were floaded, traffic was a mess and took us 3 hours to get there. Also, I wanted to purchase the french mastif that was her pen mate. The first picture is when we got her in Oct and the rest are her pics from puppy school, she graduated top of her class.
Thanks again! Tom and Nina Markiewicz

I got Blondie from you this past May. Attached are a couple of pictures. The Tigger picture (my favorite!!) was taken in late May, and the other was taken last week. She is 8 months old now and a beautiful dog. She is remarkably intelligent and very sweet. She is also very high energy and loves her walks!! I need more energy just to keep up!! No, high energy and all, she's a good girl and I wouldn't change her for the world.
When I got Blondie, I had just lost a dog that I had for 14 years. I was unsure if I wanted a puppy, but I took one look at her face and the decision was made immediately!! I just wanted to say thanks!!
She's been wonderful!!

Hi Stitch,
Good things are happening! Macky is everything I had hoped for and much much more. You described him perfectly. When he came out of his kennel Sunday night I could tell just looking at him and holding him that he was what I had hoped for. He sleeps all night, he eats his dry food well and drinks lots of fresh water. He goes potty on his pads and even some new papers. He tries to respect boundaries. He seems to want to please and is anxious to learn. He has passed 'the puppy test' I pulled off the net where he comes when called, can be easily rolled on his back and will not struggle, he responses to sudden sounds with curiosity and does not get startled. He is happy to share his food with Bonnie not possessive. He is confident and playful just the way I want and both of us need. Takes little short naps during the day and happy to be inside his kennel. (I have all kinds of kennels for him. When we are in the living room he can be with us in a large kennel that is made of black metal. He sleeps at night on my bed with Bonnie and me in a soft small kennel etc.) The kitchen is where he gets to run around and play. He goes potty in a corner where his pads are and now responds by looking at me when I tell him it is time to go potty. He usually remembers on his own now not to cross the invisible line out into the other part of the house. Bonnie is wonderful with him... Today playing well for a long time together.
My orange and white cat Roger comes and lays in the kitchen letting the puppy climb all over him and pull his ears and play with his tail. I never have seen a cat like this! He was the same way with my little Persian cat Mia. (Of course Mia stays at a safe distance. Very prissy Very Persian. Roger raised her!) When he has had enough he just goes outside. The weather her in August can be very cool. It gets overcast in the mornings. And this week it is pretty cool. Climate change is hard at first to get used to in the summer coming from back east. So I keep Macky wrapped up when we go outside. He is too young and will be for a while until he gets all of his shots to go to the park. He is the most adjusted puppy I ever have had. He is confident, sensible, playful, assertive with the other animals,,yet calm, not possessive and patient. He immediately knew I was "Mommy" when he heard my voice and I held him. Since Bonnie is such a good dog I was wondering if I would ever get another as nice as she is.. Well thanks to you and the way you worked with me I did. In fact he is going to in many ways a better dog than Bonnie! He is more confident, playful and already has become a real asset to both of us. Just what we needed. Would you please give my feedback to the breeder. She is the one raising these dogs and breeding them. She is doing a wonderful job. Thank her for me. Love to all of you. You did a wonderful job for me. Whenever I am looking for a puppy I intend to call you.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Sunnyvale, CA

Hi Stitch,
My boyfriend (Matt) and I recently bought a shiba inu from you. About a month or so ago. I just wanted to tell you that he is just the most adorable puppy I've ever seen. We are so happy with him!!! I've even already taught him to sit, shake, lay down and stay. He is so smart! We should send you some pictures, because he is just so darn cute!! Everyone always asks, "What kind of dog is that?" and it's nice to know that he is so rare around here. People think he's a fox :) Anyways I just wanted to pass this along to you. Thank you again for all your help!
